Shungite Pocket Harmonizers

Shungite Pocket Harmonizers are used to correct any energetic imbalances in the body.  It is said that they naturally realign the Chakras, and restore vitality to the body.  Shungite Pocket Harmonizers are made from two different materials, Shungite and Soapstone.  When used, a current of subtle energy runs through the body of the person holding the cylinders.  People who use them on a regular basis report increased focus, productivity, and harmony, as well as decreased stress. To use the harmonizers:

• Relax and sit with your legs uncrossed.  Put your hands with the harmonizers on your knees.
• The Shungite (Yin) should be in your left hand and connects with the flow of lunar/female energy.
• The Soapstone(Yang) should be in your right hand and connects with the flow of solar/male energy.   
• Start with 5 minute sessions twice a day, and then gradually increase the session time up to 10 minutes.
• It is best to practice this for two weeks with a break for two weeks before continuing the cycle.
