Myrrh Resin

Enjoy the warm, woody scent of Myrrh Resin.  It has a history dating back to biblical times as one of the gifts bestowed to the baby Jesus.  In magical practices it has so many uses.  Because of its powerful scent, it is often used in combination with other hers or resins.  It is an amazing resin to add to any purification or protection incense blend.  Burn a bit of the resin over a lit charcoal and pass your magical tools through the cleansing smoke to consecrate them.  Combined with frankincense it can be used for cleansing a space while banishing the negative energies.  Try a blend of myrrh and sandalwood before meditating to help relax and deepen your meditation.  It is said placing a piece of the resin in a sachet under your pillow will aid in bringing a peaceful sleep.  Sold in 1 ounce quantities.
