Grey Feather

This simple dyed Grey Feather could be used in a multiple of ways.  Feathers are a great way to direct the cleansing smoke from a smudge stick.  The tip of the feather could also be shaved or cut into a point.  Use the shaved feather with an ink bottle to write in your Book Of Shadows, or to write out a spell on parchment paper.

The color grey lies somewhere between the colors of black and white.  Because grey is the color of balance and neutrality it is the perfect choice for any type of protection magick where the goal is to neutralize negative energy directed towards you.  The Grey Feather is also fantastic with any spell work intended to gain discernment or wisdom.
