What is your shipping policy?
To save you money, we offer shipping via USPS Priority Mail. All orders over $75.00 qualify for free shipping. Any orders qualifying for free shipping may be shipped through UPS. After receiving payment your order is processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another when the order is shipped. During peak shopping seasons it may take an additional 24 hours to process and ship. If we cannot verify the address the order will be placed on hold for 5 days before being refunded. Please check that the mailing address is accurate.

What is your return policy?
If notification is within 3 days of receipt, we will happily offer a refund upon the return of the purchased item. The cost of shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer. All packages are insured for damage through the USPS.

For your safety and convenience, we accept most major credit cards that use address verification.
How can I track my order?
Once we have processed and shipped your package, you will be sent a tracking number to the email provided. Please be sure to enter a valid email.
Why was my order refunded?
- Occasionally a credit card purchase does not pass each layer of criteria and we will verify the purchase with the card holder. If we are unable to contact the card holder through email or via phone the order will be put on hold and we will refund the entire order within 5 business days. Please enter a valid number or email address.
- The shipping address MUST match the billing address. If if you would like to purchase a gift and have us ship it to someone else we will mail a notice for signature to the original credit card holder on the order. If we fail to hear from the card holder within 5 days we will cancel the order.
